As a Manhattan resident for almost 10 years and real estate owner for more than 7 years, Manuela understands firsthand what is most important to clients looking to buy or sell in the City. Manuela has rented, purchased and sold properties personally, both in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including condominiums, co-op, and single-family homes. Understanding the complexities surrounding the real estate process, Manuela’s main priority is to deliver personal, top-quality service, thereby ensuring each transaction is as stress-free as possible for Manuela’s national and international client base helping them to make a “Great Deal.”

Formerly the Americas Manager for DMS, Manuela consulted with large luxury brands within the LVMH, L’Oreal, Kering, and Richemont Group amongst others, providing them with intelligent solutions to improve their customer experience and a brand perception that translates into higher sales.

Originally from Ecuador, and fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Manuela holds both a B.A. in Art History and a B.B.A. in Marketing from The College of William and Mary VA. Prior to her role in the luxury industry, Manuela handled sales and marketing for Overture Financial, focusing on investment strategy and risk management for central banks and financial institutions and worked in wealth management for the Private Client group in Merrill Lynch.
