Manuela has rented, purchased and sold properties personally, both in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including condominiums, co-op, and single-family homes. Formerly the Americas Manager for DMS, Manuela consulted with large luxury brands within the LVMH, L’Oreal, Kering, and Richemont Group amongst others, providing them with intelligent solutions to improve their customer experience and a brand perception that translates into higher sales.
Originally from Ecuador, and fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Manuela holds both a B.A. in Art History and a B.B.A. in Marketing from The College of William and Mary VA. Prior to her role in the luxury industry, Manuela handled sales and marketing for Overture Financial, focusing on investment strategy and risk management for central banks and financial institutions and worked in wealth management for the Private Client group in Merrill Lynch.
