Zach Ehrlich is the founder and CEO of Mdrn. Prior to founding the firm, Zach oversaw components of developer DDG's development portfolio, including the sales and marketing of $500 million worth of luxury real estate in New York and San Francisco.

Kobi Lahav joined Mdrn. as a Managing Director, bringing to the company a considerable knowledge of the New York real estate market after nearly a decade of experience in the industry.
Kobi was born and raised in Israel, receiving a law degree (LL.B) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and then going on to work at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein Law Offices - one of the top law firms in Tel Aviv – where he specialized in public offerings, private investments, and large international transactions.
Kobi completed the prestigious Executive MBA program in Stern School of Business in NYU where he specialized in Finance, Banking & Management.
His years of experience as a corporate attorney sharpened his formidable analytical skills and provided him with an extraordinary work ethic, thus preparing him to excel in the real-estate industry.
Kobi is always focused on working hard to serve the best interest of his clients, whether they are interested in rentals or in sales. Having moved to the United States from abroad, Kobi is sensitive to the needs and difficulties of clients who may be relocating to New York, and he is eager to help improve what can otherwise be a complicated and stressful process. His easy manner and outgoing disposition invariably establish a sense of comfort and confidence in his clients. After almost 10 years in New York’s real estate market, Kobi is excited to be joining the Mdrn. team, and above all he looks forward to ensuring that his clients find their ideal apartment without having to compromise.
Unofficially dubbed as the "go-to resource for management firms", Cammy Cutler's 13 years of experience in the Real Estate industry has resulted in an unmatched level of expertise. As current Managing Director at Mdrn. Residential, she uses her signature agent-driven approach to play a vital role in making sure the Mdrn. team is consistently growing. Cammy will provide support to new and established agents, streamline deals, plus develop and maintain business relationships within New York City's vast community of property managers and landlords.
Cammy hails from Canarsie, Brooklyn and holds a B.A. in Business Management from Suny Albany. She started her professional career in Finance Management. Her family was involved in the construction and contracting industry, which exposed her to Real Estate. It wasn't long before she made the switch to become an agent. Using her background in management, she fused her past management experience with her new sales role. After four years at a prominent firm, she took on the role of manager.
Cammy's transition to management proved successful. Overall business, including GCI, company profit, and sales team size grew over 30% year over year. One of the agents under her leadership went on be REBNY's "Rookie of the Year", an achievement Cammy recalls as one of her proudest moments. She eventually went on to be Sr. Managing Director at another reputable firm.
Cammy's approach to leadership is one where her focus is individual attention to each agent. She is exceptionally adept at identifying what she dubs the "limiting skills" of each salesperson and works closely to make sure they are addressed. She notes that marketing is a common roadblock for many agents and she tends to mentor each of her agents in that aspect.
Now settled in Staten Island, Cammy spends her days with her rather large family of 2 daughters, 2 cats and 2 dogs. In her spare time she often volunteers at different non-profits such as Operation Backpack, City Harvest, and various breast cancer walks. Cammy is also an avid reader with an impressive library.
Meza has enjoyed a long carrer in sales and earned the loyalty of clients thanks to his attentive service, great communication skills and ability to relate well to people of all backgrounds. Bilingual and well traveled, Meza brings a unique vision and multicultural perspective to the real estate process in the large melting pot of Manhattan. Specializing in sales and rentals throughtout the city, Meza is a full-service realtor with a "yes I can do" attitude. He is ever positive and helpful during a time that can be emotional and and stressful - that is, finding the right home. As a credit consultant, Meza is an expert at navigating clients through the rental application process, assesinng property values for sellers and securing good deals for buyers. He is also a property owner who understands that time is of the essence when it comes to opportunity.
Director of Talent
Andro specializes in sales and rentals, as well as off-market deals and investment properties in New York City. He has worked with a diverse clientele that includes international buyers seeking opportunities in Manhattan. Involved in the real estate industry since 2010, Andro served as property manager of a family-owned business focused on luxury short-term furnished rentals. He transitioned to the brokerage side working as a broker assistant, then listings manager and Certified Corporate Relocation Specialist at Weichert Properties, New York.
Born in Manila, Philippines, Andro was raised in Manhattan since the age of three. He lived on the Upper East and West Sides for most of his life. After attending The Browning School, Andro went on to graduate from Connecticut College with a B.A. degree, double majoring in Economics and Asian Studies. He also studied at the University of Hawaii and has traveled abroad extensively.
He spent six years in finance along with 15+ years of hospitality in entertainment marketing, luxury branding, and hotel management for a boutique hotel in Times Square gives Andro a distinct professional edge. He is highly analytical, creative, and knowledgeable of Manhattan’s different neighborhoods, points of interests and local trends. His approachable, consultative style allows him to build strong relationships as he assists with one of his clients’ most important life decisions.
As a food enthusiast and former event planner, Andro can also make superior restaurant and nightlife recommendations all over the city. “Many times, I find myself being a personal concierge to my clients while working on a deal, and even after the transaction has closed. I enjoy being their trusted friend and ‘go-to’ guy for all things NYC.”
Andro’s interests outside of real estate include fashion, cars, cigars and traveling to various beach destinations. He also loves spending time with his amazing puppy named Bentley.
Gaia Sabogal is the Product Manager of Mdrn. born and raised in France, Gaia moved to New York in 2010. After studying economics in Paris, she pursued a marketing degree at Baruch College.
Gaia has concentrated her studies on market research, consumer behavior and psychoanalysis, she has a great experience on customer relation and product development.
Born and raised in Israel, served under the combat intelligence unit for the army. After serving in the army he toured all across the United States and fell in love. Eyal moved to New York in 2006, and became a Brooklynite (slight fetish to Brooklyn). Started Graphic Design school in 2009, where he was first exposed to printmaking and digital graphics.
Eyal finished with honors, Magna Cum Laude, obtaining a Design degree with a minor in Art History. While in school, he worked as an Aviation Security Agent, and did some freelance and intern work. His experience has most notably been with Broadway Sensation, Mana Contemporary and Europhoria. Eyal was appointed to Design director at Mdrn in April 2015.
New York City for the past twenty years has been a favorable place for Naomi Eisenberg to call home. Within that time she has established seventeen years and counting of experience in the New York real estate market. Naomi attributes her success to her dedication in providing professionalism, market acumen and business sense to meet client requirements and make their dreams come true. As operations manager at Mdrn, she is focused and dedicated to achieving optimal exposure and organization for the firm's agents.
As a licensed agent herself she is relentless in her pursuit of finding the perfect apartment for her clients, and has incredible neighborhood knowledge, having been to almost every building and worked with hundreds of landlords. Five-time award winning top producer, Naomi has a passion for real estate taking a unique approach when working with people. Throughout her professional life she has developed her own philosophy of success in business – focus, persistence and ambition. According to her, in real estate one has to be “on top of his/her game” and constantly on the move to get to know what new properties are available, what developments are taking place and what properties are new to market.
Her excellent communication skills and her approach to business have helped her to develop longstanding relationships with landlords, management companies, clients and colleagues that have led to successful results over the years. A highly respected sales executive, Dan began his real estate career in the mid 1980's and was a top selling and listing broker, averaging fifty transactions per year. Because of his encyclopedic knowledge of creative marketing ideas, along with an amazing track record of successful transactions, Dan has been the exclusive broker of choice for many developers, sponsors and board members throughout New York.
As a Sales Manager, Dan provides tailored sales and marketing guidance to help agents create a niche for themselves in the industry. In this capacity, he regularly trains salespersons and brokers at the firm.
Dan attended Northeastern University and Brooklyn Law School. He previously was the president of a wholesale food distribution business, Atlantic Biscuit Company. He is the founding member and serves on the board of a non-profit children's summer recreation program, which gives over 300 children a wonderful summer experience every year.
Dan has been featured in New York Magazine, The New York Times and the Real Deal Magazine as one of New York's top brokers. He also has been a featured speaker at the Real Estate Board Of New York.
