Collaborative Tech Culture

Every agent at Mdrn. is provided with a personal workstation equipped with a brand new Apple computer. Our Park Avenue South office has several large conference rooms with conference call capabilities. Laptops and other devices are also available to agents upon request.

Our 8000 sq. ft. office is designed with an open layout and follows an “open door policy” which encourages agents and staff to sit and collaborate together.

At Mdrn. we provide a competitive starting 50% split for all new agents, with regular increases as you GCI grows.
